LOCATION: Kinsbourne Barn (10-15mins from St Albans)

In this unique session, specially created for New Year’s Day, you’ll begin with Hatha Yoga set to live sound. Then come down to your mat for Meditation. And finish bathed in the sound of the Wounded Healer Gong. There’ll be props to assist and to help you relax.
